- Provide proof of compliance: You must provide screenshots, videos, or other evidence showing you have followed all instructions and purchased recommended items.
- Maintain respectful communication: Any abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our support staff will result in immediate forfeiture of refund eligibility.
- Complete troubleshooting process: You must work with our support team for a minimum of 7 business days before requesting a refund, unless the product is completely incompatible with your system.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to follow any support instructions or troubleshooting steps
- Refusal to purchase recommended components or software
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- License keys that have been shared, resold, or transferred to other users
- Claims of incompatibility without providing system specifications
- "Changed mind" or "no longer need" requests
- Purchases made through third-party resellers
Processing Fees
Even when refund eligibility is met, processing fees may apply:
- Standard Pocessing fee: $15-25 for administrative costs

Payment Processing Time
- crypto payments: once a refund is approved, funds will be sent to your wallet within 5-10 minutes. we will confirm the transaction in your support ticket before closing it.
- credit card payments: refunds will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
